Until 2019 BVR were affiliated to the Hampshire Road Race League (HRRL) which is an annual series of road races for all runners from participating clubs in the County of Hampshire, on the central south coast of England. Since 2008-9 there have been twelve races in the season, from September to June. The races vary in length from 5 miles to a half marathon. All the races are open to the general public and fill up fast, so if you want to do one then enter it as soon as you can.
When we were affiliated we used the HRRL for one of our own internal club leagues, with club awards at the end of the year.

Hampshire Cross Country League
Until 2019 we were also affiliated to the Hampshire Cross Country League (HCCL) which is an annual series of FREE cross country races for members of affiliated clubs. There are separate events for male and female runners, and the races are all around mid-day Saturday.
